Farmers and small business people who need
to use computers and the Internet and who need to know how and what computers
and the Internet can do for them;
Young people without full-time or permanent
jobs who need to learn new skills and to make contacts which lead to job
opportunities;
Parents who need to keep up with and help
their children, who are often quite familiar with computers;
Skilled users who need fast, high quality
Internet connectivity in order to live and to work in this region;
Retired persons and people who use the Internet
to correspond with their families and with the world by electronic mail,
to have access to local, national, and international services.
